Everything under Shipped to You is a real, finished item that we pack and post — 20 oz insulated tumblers, DTF and UV DTF transfers, candles, ornaments and party favors. Product pages for these items show a shipping panel and ask for a delivery address at checkout.

Still not sure which one you're looking at?
Check the panel on the product page. Physical items say Shipped from our studio in Virginia. Digital items say Instant digital download — no physical item will be shipped. If a product asks for a shipping address at checkout, it's coming to your door. If it doesn't, it's a file.
If you ordered the wrong kind, email us before the file is downloaded and we'll sort it out.
