What is a digital download?
A digital download is a file you purchase and receive electronically. No physical item is shipped.
How do I receive my files after purchase?
Your download link is sent to your email after payment confirms. You can also access downloads from your account when available.
Can I re-download my files?
Yes. Download access may be limited by the delivery app settings. Contact us if you need help.
What if I do not receive my download email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us with your order number.
File Formats
What file formats are included?
This varies by product. Each listing states the included formats, commonly PNG, PDF, SVG, ZIP, or Canva template links.
Do I need to unzip the file?
If your download comes in a ZIP file, extract it before use. On Windows, right-click and select Extract All. On Mac, double-click the file.
Licensing
Can I use these designs commercially?
It depends on the license shown on the product page. Review the license before purchasing.
What is PLR?
PLR means Private Label Rights. Products explicitly marked PLR may be edited and resold under the stated terms.
Canva Templates
Do I need a Canva account?
Yes. Canva templates require a free or paid Canva account.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Most templates work with the free version. Any Pro requirement will be noted on the product page.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience a genuine technical issue, contact us and we will help.
